The Fundación México-Estados Unidos para la Ciencia, widely known by its acronym FUMEC, is a binational, non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 1992. It was created through a binational agreement in the context of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) negotiations, with the core mission to promote and support collaboration in science, technology, economic, and social development based on innovation between Mexico and the United States. FUMEC is a unique entity with a presence in both countries, operating in the United States as The United States Mexico Foundation for Science (USMFS) and in Mexico as a civil association (A.C.).

Its vision is to transform the Mexico-United States region into the world???s most inclusive, competitive, and sustainable region. The organization achieves this by designing and facilitating the articulation of high-impact programs that foster the development of value ecosystems for regions and sectors of mutual interest, involving a network of companies, entrepreneurs, academic institutions, and financial and governmental entities.

- Aceleración Nacional e Internacional (TechBA): A flagship program that provides processes for international acceleration, helping Mexican technology-based companies and entrepreneurs develop profitable and scalable business models to position their value proposition in national and international markets.
- Services Offered: Strategic Planning (using technological and business roadmaps), Business Model Analysis and Development, Commercial Strategy, Technology and Innovation Management, Business Matching, and Intellectual Property Strategy Development (patents, trademarks, industrial secrets).
