Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI)

The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) does not have a main function focused on satellites and space technology. SIPRI's research primarily centers on issues of conflict, armaments, arms control, and disarmament. While their research may tangentially touch upon the military applications of space technology or the implications of space-based weaponry, it is not their core area of expertise. Their website clearly shows their focus on areas such as military expenditure, conventional weapons, nuclear weapons, and peacebuilding. There is no dedicated department or program explicitly dedicated to satellites and space technology.
