- Clay Labs raised a $115M Series D at a $7.1B valuation, following 4x revenue growth in 2025. It reports more than 17,000 customers, and it launched a Skills Marketplace and a generally available Sequencer.
- Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. launched Zia Chat, an AI interface for work, on September 23, 2026, and entered vertical SaaS with seven industry-specific applications. Earlier in the year it passed one million customers.
- Iterable, Inc. announced its Fall Product Release on September 24, 2026, adding Journeys Live Data, WhatsApp with cross-channel context, an Integrations Hub and RCS Business Messaging.
- Pipedrive made Nova generally available on September 16, 2026. Nova is AI meeting intelligence built into its CRM that briefs reps, transcribes calls and drafts CRM updates.
