Technology Overview
Aerospace is being rebuilt from the ground up, and the pace is accelerating. Reusable rockets, proliferated satellite constellations, autonomous drones and electric aircraft are moving out of the demonstration phase and into contracts, factories and fleets. Defense budgets, commercial connectivity and Earth intelligence are all pulling in the same direction, which makes this one of the most dynamic sectors in technology.
This ebook covers the full stack. It tracks engine and airframe makers, helicopter and fighter primes, small and medium launch providers, and satellite manufacturers and bus builders. It also covers operators delivering broadband, weather data, SAR, thermal and hyperspectral imagery. On the drone side, it follows tactical UAS and loitering munition makers, counter-drone specialists, drone delivery and inspection services, and eVTOL and seaglider developers. Around them sit space agencies, observatories, research labs, universities, trade associations and specialist media that shape policy, talent and demand. Applications range from missile defense and air dominance to wildfire detection, leak management, precision agriculture and in-space manufacturing.
